HOPSCOTCH Groupe  is a limited company with an Executive Board and a Supervisory Committee.

The Supervisory Committee takes formal note of business's progress and the progress of our strategy and budgetary forecasts, endorses the investment and external growth strategy and monitors major financial balances, particularly in terms of indebtedness and cash position. The size of the company does not warrant the creation of an independent Audit Committee.
